We are pleased to invite you to participate in an exciting new research project titled Inclusive and Social Justice-Oriented Pedagogies in English Language Classrooms: Insights from Türkiye, Pakistan, and the UK, funded by the prestigious British Council. This pioneering project seeks to explore the integration of inclusive and social justice-oriented pedagogies into language teacher education across three diverse contexts: Scotland, Türkiye, and Pakistan. As part of this international study, we are gathering invaluable insights from English language teachers like yourself to help shape the future of English language education.
You are kindly invited to take part in this unique opportunity, which includes participating in surveys, interviews, and a fully funded two-day training event focused on critical pedagogy, social justice, and inclusive approaches:
- The training for participants in Scotland will be held at the University of Stirling, where all expenses will be covered.
- For participants in Türkiye, the training will take place at Trabzon University, and all expenses will be covered.
- In Pakistan, the training will be conducted online to allow participation from various regions across the country.
This is a chance not only to engage with innovative educational practices but also to contribute to a global movement aimed at creating more inclusive and equitable learning environments.
